About Fild.NET/ Why Us?

Fild.NET Sp. z o.o. is a company specializing in advanced Microsoft solutions, including: BizTalk Server, SharePoint Server, SQL Server and Business Intelligence, products from the cloud (Windows Azurre and Office 365), Dynamics CRM. Acting on the market since 2003, we have become an expert in these products. Using them we can solve most business problems of large and medium-sized companies.

Cost-effectively

Fild.NET is always trying to make the most of the already implemented Microsoft’s software and integrate it with more advanced Microsoft solutions. This is an approach to ensure the most cost-effective way to solve majority of problems of individual departments or entire organizations. Fild.NET can solve almost any IT-related problem maximizing the average of 50 percent unused capacity of already deployed Microsoft’s software and complementing it with advanced Microsoft technology.

Flexibility and proven methods of operation

We approach each customer individually and flexibly – first by proposing a solution, then adjusting to the expectations regarding the principles of an IT project (accounting for an hour or for the outcome of the project). We also have proven methods and tools that facilitate the efficient conduct of the analysis, tracking progress in the implementation phase of the project, as well as servicing. We put great importance on maintaining good communication during the project, which helps us to build long-lasting relationships with customers.

Our expertise is confirmed by the status of a Microsoft Partner and the “Application Integration” and “Portals & Collaboration” competences. We have been counted among the “Microsoft Managed Partner”, a group of companies that according to Microsoft have the greatest market potential. We are also a member of the IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners) – an association of more than 5000 Microsoft partners from around the world. We work not only for Polish companies, but also for foreign corporations in the nearshore IT model. About Fild.NET/ The Team

The management

Fild.NET is managed by Andrzej Biesiekirski, CEO and a founder of the company. Andrzej Biesiekirski is a graduate of Institute of Computer Science at Bialystok Technical University, Ecole Superieure du Commerce Exterieur Paris & London South Bank University, and many courses on project management and sales, including Project Management (Cap Gemini), Managing People in Project Management and Value Selling (Gartner Group).

Andrzej Biesiekriski’s professional experience includes over 10 years of working with information systems, decision systems, data warehousing, marketing, public relations and consulting. He has been collaborating with such clients as IBM, British Petroleum, Creditanstalt, PKN Orlen, Daewoo Electronics and Hogart.

The team

Fild.NET’s team consists primarly of developers and architects of the IT systems, with extensive experience in creating solutions based on Microsoft platforms (most of them are Microsoft Certified Professionals).

Outsourced departments

Other areas of Fild.NET (HR, administrative and financial staff) are outsourced.
